THE PURPOSE OF THIS HANDBOOK

 

[ 1 ]   The  Purpose of the Handbook is to acquire a Common Knowledge of The Constitution of We The People to be able to protect your Sovereignty of Life-Liberty-and Property and to preserve our Republic.

[ 2 ]      You will also learn the true meaning and purpose of our Capitalistic Constitutional Form of Government of We the people.

[ 3 ]      Become aware that a Common Knowledge of the Constitution can be exercised before the only Appeal Process of the Neutral Decision Making Body of the Grand Jury of  We the People.

[ 4 ]      You will learn who are the Domestic and Foreign Enemies of our Republic.

[ 5 ]      You will also learn the simple Documents you can file in the Public Records that will prohibit our Servant-Government to prosecute or participate in any criminal or civil action against Sovereign Americans

[ 6 ]      .You will come to know that a County Sheriff is the only Lawful Constitutional Officer that can make an arrest of people—But only on crimes ordained and defined by the Constitution.

[ 7 ]      You will come to learn that only Sovereign Americans have Adjudicative Powers to resolve all matters of Life . And you will become fully informed that Public Servants, Administrative Officers of Government and Judges of State and Federal Courts do not have any Adjudicative Powers of any Laws.            

[ 8 ]      You will come to learn that the Constitution does not permit the adverse Taking of Real and Personal Property.

[ 9 ]      You will come to learn that you can not be charged with a crime without a Criminal Intent to do harm.

[ 10 ]    You will come to learn that once you acquire a Common Knowledge of the Constitution you will be able to defend yourselves in all criminal and civil prosecutions, without any assistance. Even Middle Schools students will be able to defend themselves .

[ 11 ]    You will come to learn that Promissory Notes are not enforceable—and Only a Contract between 2 Parties or more must be honored under Common Law providing that all Provisions of this Contract comply with Constitutional Sovereignty.

[ 12 ]    You will learn how to easily avoid adverse proceeding and prosecution in State and federal Courts on Statutory Laws.

[ 13 ]    A Common Knowledge of the Constitution of WE the People basically would avoid all unlawful Criminal and Civil Prosecution.

[ 14 ]    A Common Knowledge of The Constitution will remove all fears of State and Federal Courts.

[ 15 ]    With the exercise of Our American Sovereignty No One can ever be wrongly accused or Indicted.

1.We Americans have an obligation to acquire a common knowledge of the Constitution of We The People and our Republic.

2.A Republic of Sovereign Americans with Absolute Sovereignty of Life-Liberty-and-Property—That the People or Institutions have no authority to take.

3.Sovereign Americans are the sovereign owners of all laws.

4.The sovereign ownership of all laws without the intervention or intrusion of our servant government.

5.Become fully aware of the only appeal process before the neutral decision making body of a grand jury of the people.

6.Common knowledge of the Constitution takes you far beyond knowledge of the sovereign American are not only the owners of all laws – they are also the owners of all adjudicative Powers.

7.The handbook provides a keen awareness that just the exercise of your American Sovereignty will bring to you immediate positive resolutions of all criminal and civil Prosecution.

10.In acquiring a common knowledge of the Constitution you will be able to fully inform all Grand Jurors and Trial Jurors of their American Sovereignty to be able to protect your Life-Liberty-and Property.

11.There is no authority in the land that would authorize any persons or any institution in America to place a lien or any other encumbrances on Life – Liberty – or Property--- As a lien would convert a Sovereign American into a subject slave of the Lien Holder.

12.A county Sheriff is the only Law Enforcement Officer that does not work for any of the 3 Branches of Government and is dedicated to honor and protect the sovereignty of the people.

13.There is no authority in the land that can deny a sovereign American a jury trial.

14.Sovereign Americans can not be prosecuted on criminal or civil matters unless the charge or complaints are define by the constitution of we The People. And only by indictment of the grand jury of the people.

15.Sovereign Americans can not be prosecuted on criminal or civil matters unless there is evidence of criminal intent to do bodily harm to a person or damage personal or public property.

16.If sovereign Americans would come to learn and understand that the constitution of We The People does not provide for a death sentences on a Capital Crime-- Many social ills of our society would be resolved overnight.

17.You will become aware of the 3 branches of our servant government, legislative, executive, and judicial.

18.You will also become aware and learn that the legislative branch of government; The United States congress is prohibited by the constitution to legislative or enact any laws agaisnt the sovereignty of the people

19.The sovereignty of Americans permit all people to intervene in all social and judicial institutions to make accountable all violators who betray the Constitution of the People. A sovereign intervenor can not be denied.

20.A most important common law fact is that We the People ordained our servant-government to serve the will and mandate of the people. We did not create our servant-government to serve itself.

21.A basic fundamental fact of great public importance: “In an dispute between the government and the People---The people must prevail---Otherwise you will have the people living as subject-slaves in the hands of an abusive tyrannical government.”
